About Campus Events Team

The Campus Events Team is responsible for overseeing all logistical details required to host larger group gatherings on our campus. Once an event is scheduled through the church office, this team will be sure that appropriate spaces are ready/prepared/decorated for the event, supplies are in place, the building can be accessed, oversight during the event is sufficient, and the event is cleaned up afterwards. Larger group gatherings may include celebrations of significant events (Baptisms, birthdays, etc.), Pastor Circuit meetings and larger conferences, outreach or fellowship events hosted on campus, or gatherings of outside groups whose event request has been approved by the BMM.
